You don't have to believe in yourself to start.

How do you believe in yourself, so you can finally start to take action? You don't have to!
You do not have to believe in yourself to do something. Just start. Sometimes, the belief comes later.
Example: You've been putting off working out, because you don't think you can do it, you don't believe you will be able to keep up.
You don't have to believe you will lose weight to show up to class. You don't have to believe you will go full-speed-ahead to attend. But if you do show up, make better food choices, drink more water- over and over and over again, you will see change.
Action is required to see results. Losing weight and getting into shape is a slow process. Any fad or food or pill that says otherwise is lying to you. Healthy lifestyle changes will get you there though. Just start.
