MOVE QUICKLY

Class structure: We'll start every class with a group warm-up. Then you'll move quickly through stations and be done before you know it. Expect to burn approximately 300 calories each 30 minute session.

:30 INTERVALS

You'll spend 30 seconds at each station, then move onto the next. Short intense bursts of different exercises; you'll work harder because you know class is only 30 minutes long.

30 MINUTES

Total class time around 30 minutes. Boom. Done. 

8 STATIONS

This format includes a variety: you'll work your abs, glutes, upper body, get some cardio in, and stretch. A little bit of everything- fast.

:10 TO MOVE ON

This format will soon be a favorite because it goes by so fast! Move on to the next station to work a different muscle group. Sweat and sweat some more. We turn it up, you burn it up.

You'll love it. We work fast, waste no time, and get you out the door. You will exhaust every major muscle group every time.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone, lower your high blood pressure, cholesterol, fight diabetes, get stronger, have more stamina, or just built up your confidence, our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself!

Ditch the treadmill. Our workouts target different muscle groups, giving you the best results for your time. You'll get a variety of strength, cardio, and stretch. All working at the same time, in 30 second intervals.  Express will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in all aspects of your life. And when you feel better, you eat better, you drink more water...and good things come. It's a cycle!

Stacey will create each week's workout: you will do the same stations Tue. & Thur with her, new one the next week. You'll experience box jumps, ladders, battle ropes, free weights, lunges, mountain climbers, squats, and more! If you show up and put in the work, you will see results. Pair with a healthier diet and more water and become the best version of yourself!
