THE WORKOUT

All workouts can be modified, so you can push yourself no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Gain discipline that transcends fitness and maximizes the quality of your life. Men, women, and students 16+ welcome. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone, lower your high blood pressure, cholesterol, fight diabetes, get stronger, have more stamina, or just built up your confidence, our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself!

Ditch the treadmill. Our workouts target different muscle groups, giving you the best results for your time. You'll get a variety of strength, cardio, and stretch. All working at the same time, in one minute, :45 and :30 intervals, at different stations. Boot Camp Express will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in all aspects of your life. And when you feel better, you eat better, you drink more water...and good things come. It's a cycle!

Expect to see stations set up when you arrive. Some may already be working out. Start at any station and work your way through them 4x. You'll experience box jumps, ladders, battle ropes, free weights, lunges, mountain climbers, squats, and more! If you show up and put in the work, you will see results. Pair with a healthier diet and more water and become the best version of yourself!
